Aircraft management and charter company Desert Jet, an Inc. 500 company, has announced it will be attending NBAA2011, the National Business Aviation Association’s 64th Annual Meeting and Convention to be held October 10-12, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Desert Jet representatives will be on site at exhibit booth C9844, located next to Cessna Aircraft Company. Amongst the company’s team members in attendance will be Clair Burke, Client Services Director and the company’s Chief Pilot, Erik Neiderman.
Desert Jet’s founder and President, Denise Wilson, will be presenting insider’s tips to help flight department managers choose and vet supplemental lift options. The session, entitled “Supplemental Lift and Your Flight Department”, will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N219. Complimentary copies of “The Definitive Guide to Supplemental Lift”, which includes detailed guidance on choosing and vetting fractional and charter operators, will be available to attendees.
Desert Jet will also unveil its new iPad application, FlightLog, designed to help the busy flight department manager and chief pilot easily integrate paperless flight logs into their operations. Desert Jet is offering free downloads of the app to the first 50 aircraft managers that stop by booth C9844. Demonstrations of the app as well as a sneak preview at upcoming apps designed to take Safety Management Systems paperless will also take place at Desert Jet’s booth.
NBAA’s Annual Meeting and Convention typically features more than 1,000 exhibitors and over 100 aircraft on display, drawing about 30,000 attendees each year. It is the world’s largest civil aviation trade show, ranking 4th amongst the 10 largest trade shows in the country.
