Palm Springs, California, January 20, 2014 – Desert Jet has named Veronica Weiner to the position of Director of Maintenance, where she will lead the continued growth of Desert Jet Maintenance’s technical operations as well as oversee the maintenance on Desert Jet’s growing fleet of managed and charter jet aircraft.
Veronica joins Desert Jet after a well-rounded background in maintenance operations, management and business development. In addition to holding an A&P license with significant hands-on experience maintaining heavy cabin aircraft, she previously oversaw the maintenance department of a thirteen aircraft fleet for a large charter operator in Southern California, led a fast-growing Part 145 repair station as Accountable Manager, and also was responsible for business development and sales for a major aircraft manufacturer’s West Coast division.
